The first night we stayed the AC decided to not work and even with a fan, it was still awful. The second night we stayed in one of the new suites and the AC was working and it was so nice! Full kitchen suite, 1½ bathrooms, 2 bdrms, one with a king sized bed and the other with 2 queen beds.
Rooms are old but well kept and clean and spacious. Beds are comfortable. Get a room at the back to avoid the highway traffic noise. The best part, the food!!! The pancakes are incredible, fluffy and crisp. Bacon is local. Servers are friendly. Food is great value
The food in the hotel was excellent with great customer service from the servers especially Fran. I appreciated how the staff offered meal options that accommodated my dietary needs. The concierge staff were excellent as well when I needed change for laundry or had any concerns.
We had a lovely stay in the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, kitchen and living room suite. It was very spacious and perfect place to meet up with our family in Alberta . The staff were very accommodating and friendly.
They made my room every day. In all my travels this might be the only place that ever did that. The front desk staff were genuinely friendly, I looked forward to seeing them after work. Great job, keep it up!

First off.. If you're expecting a stay like the Sheraton, Marriott or other higher end chain.. You're not going to find it here... This is more on the level of a Holiday Inn/Super 8 Motel type property. Plenty of parking available around the property.. Front desk staff was great during any interactions we had.. The onsite resteraunt had awesome food.. One of those meals, where you're stuffed full but want to keep eating.. The ladies working in there are super friendly, they know if you're not from the region and make you feel welcomed.. Rooms are older, 3rd floor room we were in showed signs of water damage/leaks.. Fan had a bit of black around it (Couldn't tell if mold or just a mark.. TV is an older one.. Not a lot of channels, some worked some didn't.. Floor was quiet, couldn't hear a lot.. Was a comfortable stay once you got used to the setup... Could use an upgrade at somepoint, as some area's show the age. Banquet space was great for the event we held.. Very spacious, the 3 ladies we had were amazing.. We had our daughter with us along with a couple of other kids and they kept checking to see if they needed a pop or anything else that wasn't out.. The chef and his team did an awesome job on the meals (before and after).. And they didn't rush us either when we came back for a sit down after. Wifi worked great, no issues at all for the things I needed to do. Good place to stay if you're passing through, doing business, visiting family/friends or anything else!
I was stranded in fairview after my car fell into a ditch last night. i stayed in the hotel for few hours, the guy at front desk on night shift is absolutely amazing. 10/10 custumer service and very understanding.Highly recommend this hotel.
